Two government departments will now draw up a strategy to develop swimming pools and sports facilities for the future on the Isle of Man.
Tynwald today agreed the DESC and DOI should produce a long-term plan for developing 'regional sports hubs' across the Island.
As part of a motion, the court also agreed financial support should continue for the southern swimming pool board until future arrangements are made.
