A health and social care service that the Island can be proud of.
That's what new Minister Howard Quayle says is his sole aim in the role.
Mr Quayle has only been in the position for a matter of weeks, but during that time three senior civil servants have gone . . including the Chief Executive and his deputy and the director of health care delivery.
But Mr Quayle has rejected any notion that they were pushed out.
It's expected that there will be more changes in the management structure of the department in the coming months
