
Introducing Sunday charges at two car parks in Douglas is justified, according to the Department of Infrastructure's director of properties.
Rodney Christopher says they are needed to cover the cost of staffing and maintenance.
The DoI has brought the charges in at Chester Street and Drumgold Street car parks, to the dismay of some shoppers and business owners.
