Almost five and a half thousand people are now waiting to go on an NHS dentist's list on the Isle of Man.
The latest figures from Manx Care show 5,458 patients were waiting to be allocated to a dentist at the end of July.
It's an increase of almost 300 compared to May.
Three practices that provide NHS dental treatment on the Island have exceeded their target for providing treatments so far this year, but two have fallen short.
