Manx Care says the issue has now been rectified
The introduction of a new cervical screening management system has led to delays in results letters being sent to some women in the Island.
However, Manx Care says the new IT system, used to send invitations and results, is working well, and the issue which led to the delays has now been rectified.
The health body is reassuring people that abnormal results letters have not been affected and continue to be sent in a timely manner.
The new IT system that's been installed replicates the one used in England.
