Work in Liverpool running behind schedule
Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer announced there's been a delay to the project in Tynwald this morning.
It had previously been expected the facility would be finished by February 2021, but it's now thought work won't be complete until July 2021, although vessels will be able to use the dock for TT.
Mr Harmer said in the chamber the delay is due to admin taking longer than first thought:
