Fishing industry a primary concern for MHK Geoffrey Boot
Issues facing the fisheries industry are among the main concerns for Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Geoffrey Boot.
The Glenfaba and Peel MHK was only in national politics for a year before being given a job in Howard Quayle's top team after September's general election.
His first two months in the post have included attending a British-Irish Council meeting, and imposing a catch limit on king scallops.
Mr Boot says there are many areas that need looking at:
Border security: 'Even today, we don't know who's here'
DoI 'working closely' with Steam Packet to assess impact of Manxman withdrawal
Tynwald mandated gas tariffs suspended by court
'Not viable' to pause visa applications says treasury minister
