Deadline for submissions to vulnerable housing committee nears

Select committee accepting submissions until Friday

Submissions to a Tynwald committee looking into accommodation for vulnerable young people on the Isle of Man must be made by the end of the week.

The deadline for contacting the select committee investigating the matter is tomorrow (Friday, 1 March).

The committee, made up of Kerry Sharpe MLC and MHKs Tim Baker and Rob Callister, was formed in November to look at a number of issues, including housing for those leaving care and people with autism.

Those wishing to make submissions should send them to the assistant clerk of the committee at Legislative Buildings.
