The 14th annual Bra Dash weekend, in aid of charity Breast Cancer Now, continues Island-wide.
Collective efforts over the years have raised almost £200,000 towards fighting the illness.
The third regional dash gets underway at 11am in Ramsey, beginning on Bowring Road.
Then there's another this afternoon in Peel at 3pm.
Signing up is not necessary, and competitors - male or female - are encouraged simply to turn up in a decorated bra... And dash!
