People's favourite worker recognised
A man described as an 'absolute gem' has earned the official title of 'nicest guy in town' - for the second year in a row.
Boots employee David Castro is the reigning winner of Douglas Borough Council's Customer Service Champion awards.
He saw off the competition with more than 1,700 online votes.
Victory in the contest last year also led to him winning a North West regional prize in the UK chain's own customer service awards.
David, who is also well-known for his singing, told Manx Radio he couldn't be happier:
