Calls for the former hotel to be demolished to be discussed by commissioners
Island-based developer Dandara says it intends to produce a re-designed scheme for the Castletown Golf Links Hotel which address inspectors concerns.
It follows a failed appeal to re-develop the area - which has remained empty since 2007.
There have been calls for the dilapidated building to be demolished, with MHKs labelling it an 'eyesore'.
Malew Commissioners have deferred discussions around possible demolition to a private meeting, saying a new policy needed to be created to move forward.
