A famous former resident of the Isle of Man has died.
Cynthia Lennon, the first wife of John Lennon, lived on the Island for a number of years in the 1980s and '90s.
While here, she ran Bunter's restaurant in Castletown with her partner at the time, Jim Christie, and also released her own perfume, 'Woman', in conjunction with a manufacturer which was based over here.
A message on her son Julian's website says the 75-year-old passed away after a short but brave battle with cancer.
