Improvements to be made to 2017 event
The launch of the 2017 Cyclefest presented by Isle of Man Bank takes place at Noa Bakehouse this evening.
The race programme, a headline music act and other festival details will be announced.
Organiser Paul Phillips says he's delighted with how the inaugural event went last May, but improvements can be made:
