Engineering works required following incident
Police are currently dealing with a collision in the west of the Island.
The Curragh Road in St John's is currently closed between the Hope and Ballacraine.
Officers are asking motorists to use an alternative route.
The Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team says the route is likely to be closed for several hours as engineering works will be required.
Manx Utilities says it's engineers will need to interrupt the electricity supply in the area, with repairs expected to take around six hours.
