Local artist appeals for public's help
Painting a wraparound mural on a building in Ramsey could cost up to £18,000.
Artist, and nurse, Ciara Kilgallon has planned to paint the Manx wildflowers piece on a three story building in Parliament Street since last year.
She's now hoping to start the project in April after backing from the Isle of Man Arts Council.
