Proceeds go to Manx Blind Welfare
One of the best known flower and produce shows on the Island takes place today. (Thurs 17)
The 27th Cronk y Voddy flower Ploughing Society Flower and Produce Show gets underway at 3pm, with the prize presentation and auction of produce taking place from 7:30pm.
All proceeds from the sale of produce will go to Manx Blind Welfare.
Earlier in the year, it had been feared the show wouldn't be able to go ahead due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
But chairman of the society, Gordon Clague, says even the infamous big spud competition has been able to go ahead:
