Treasury Minister says outstanding balance is being 'managed'
The company that was previously seeking to extract gas from an area off the Island's coast owes the Department of Infrastructure more than £22,000.
Treasury Minister Alex Allinson confirmed the DoI is still due £22,363.60 from Crogga Limited, and that the balance is being managed:
The firm announced earlier this year that it would not be progressing with plans to extract gas after failing to agree a licence extension with the department.
Last month, Crogga Limited entered liquidation with an estimated deficit of just under £400,000.
