
The trial of Dale Cregan will resume this morning (Wednesday) – less than 24 hours after a dramatic change of plea.
He yesterday admitted murdering police officers Nicola Hughes and her colleague, former Island resident Fiona Bone, in a gun and grenade attack in Greater Manchester last September.
Cregan remains on trial for the murders of a Manchester father and son.
