The man who murdered two policewomen – including former Island resident Fiona Bone - in Greater Manchester has been sent to maximum security Ashworth hospital because of his behaviour.
Convicted killer Dale Cregan's now in the secure mental hospital after being moved from HMP Full Sutton, near York.
He was jailed for life in June for the murder of two policewomen and a father and son.
Ashworth houses prisoners deemed to be criminally insane.
Last week, Cregan asked to be moved from York to Manchester so he could be nearer his family.
