'Steep rise' in penalty tickets issued
A crackdown on illegal parking at Noble's Hospital has resulted in a steep rise in penalty tickets issued.
Infrastructure Minister Chris Thomas says his Department were asked to take measures after motorists flouted the rules.
There were more tickets issued in January than in the previous three years.
Mr Thomas says such behaviour is 'dangerous'.
