Director of Nursing says no-one was expecting perfection
Reports from an inspection carried out by the Care Quality Commission provide Manx Care with an "opportunity to improve".
That's according to Director of Nursing Paul Moore, who says the findings are encouraging.
The CQC found facilities at Manx Care were all classed as 'caring'; however, several were judged to not always be safe or well led.
One even refused to engage with the CQC.
But speaking on Manx Radio Breakfast, Mr Moore says no-one was expecting perfection:
