Dr Rachel Glover calls out 'misconceptions'

The lead scientist behind the Island's Covid-19 testing lab has hit out at government once again.

Taking to social media, Dr Rachel Glover said there's 'misconceptions' within the Council of Ministers that she herself is an external contractor, and not directly employed by the DHSC.

Recently, Dr Glover also claimed the chief minister 'dissed her' at a government media conference.

Replying to the original thread, Health Minister David Ashford, who stated in an interview with Manx Radio yesterday that Dr Glover is an external contractor, stood by those claims, saying he wasn't wrong.

Dr Rachel Glover's Twitter account has since been deleted.
