'Well behind' with programme says minister
The infrastructure minister says he's aware his department is behind on road maintenance.
Speaking on Manx Radio's Mannin Line today Tim Crookall was questioned on why essential works aren't being carried out.
Covid-19 has been blamed for creating a backlog.
However Mr Crookall said the work isn't being forgotten:
