Both enter not guilty pleas during court hearing
A couple from Douglas will stand trial next year after being accused of assaulting two police officers.
Melanie Karen Ridgeway and Steven James Gallagher, of Manor Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
They each denied two offences of assaulting female police officers at their home on 31 October.
A pre-trial review will take place on 20 February.
They’ve been bailed until that date.
Update: A trial has been set for 16 May 2025.
