Moving the horse trams to the promenade walkway in Douglas is a 'recipe for disaster', according to a Douglas councillor.
David Ashford says he's very disappointed the Department of Infrastructure has not decided against the idea in its revised plans for the prom.
Moving the trams onto the walkway has also sparked considerable online opposition, with groups against it set up on social media.
