£188K water facility to be built
Douglas Council is planning to make a bit of a splash in Nobles Park.
By mid year, a new water facility with play features, disabled access and decorative fencing will be in place.
The scheme will cost 188 thousand pounds.
Councillor Stephen Pitts says the aim is to make Nobles Park a bigger draw for people, looking to spend leisure time with their families:
