Director of Cycling UK to address audience
The potential of the Isle of Man as a cycling utopia is being discussed this evening (Monday) in Douglas.
The Positive Action Group has invited the director of Cycling UK, Roger Geffen, to give his views on such a scenario.
The idea of more people changing from cars to bicycles will be explored, helping ease the congestion on Manx roads and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
It will tie-in with the government's current 'Active Travel' strategy.
The meeting is at the Manx Legion Club and starts at 7.30pm.
