West Douglas MHK Geoff Corkish has taken a swipe at online critics of the government, calling for parts of the internet to be closed down.
During the budget debate, he said although times were difficult for government, there was still reason for optimism.
He hit out at those who would run the Island down.
And he reserved particular disdain for internet forums:
Warning over flare disposal after amenity site fire
Owner of a block of flats fined for failing to meet fire safety regulations
Review of taxi fares extended to assess impact of Middle East conflict
Liverpool ferry terminal closed again this weekend
