FoI request reveals figures
Thirty-six consultants have left Noble's Hospital in the last five years.
Of that total, 27 have gone in the last three years alone.
The figure has been revealed following a Freedom of Information request submitted by Manx Radio.
The worst year was 2015/16, when 11 stopped working there.
Nine left in 2017/18, although the Department of Health and Social Care says two of them were on fixed-term contracts and had been expected to leave.
