Island estate agent keen to see land released for new properties
The Island's housing market needs a more consistent supply of new homes.
That's the view of the residential director at Black Grace Cowley.
Tim Groves says the number of people looking for property on the Isle of Man outweighs the amount of homes currently for sale.
