Speaker defers clauses to next sitting
The progress of the Competitions Bill has hit the buffers after confusion in the House of Keys.
The clauses were being debated when an amendment from Onchan MHK Rob Callister couldn't be clarified.
The mover of the bill, Garff MHK Martyn Perkins, tried to get things back on track but the Speaker Juan Watterson intervened and deferred the matter to the sitting next week:
