Instrument damaged by weather conditions
The community piano normally seen in Castletown Square has been removed.
Castletown Town Commissioners say it has been rendered unplayable as it's been battered by the elements.
They say unfortunately they 'couldn't justify the quote for £42,000 for a water-proof piano' so 'have to accept' that the instruments will absorb water and, at some point, have to be removed.
