Department looks to improve situation for business owners
'Lessons have been learned' during the promenade refurbishment scheme, according to the infrastructure minister.
With work on the prom nine weeks behind schedule, Ray Harmer has been reflecting on the scheme so far, with particular focus on businesses.
The department has been taking comments from seafront business owners on how to best to improve the situation.
Mr Harmer says communication has been a key factor.
