A new Tynwald Select Committee is to review the future provision and funding of Manx Radio.
Members of the court last night voted to look into the Island's public service broadcast offering.
The last review of its kind was brought to Tynwald four years ago.
Dr Alex Allinson, Juan Watterson and Tim Crookall will lead the committee.
Garff member Daphne Caine, who brought forward the proposals, was not selected.
