Two senior figures with an Island developer will be quizzed this afternoon (Monday) about plans to develop on land at Kirk Michael School.
Seamus Nugent and Graham Kirkpatrick from Heritage Homes are to give evidence to the Tynwald committee investigating the land exchange agreement between the Department of Education and developer Dandara.
Heritage Homes wanted to build 100 properties on land at Douglas Road Corner, plans that were turned down by an independent inspector and the Council of Ministers.
The committee initially presented its report to Tynwald last November but it was not received after new evidence was presented about access routes to the site, prompting more inquiries.
The public sitting starts at 2.30pm in the Legislative Council Chamber.
