Ashford and senior DHSC officers to appear
The reintroduction of health services, which had been temporarily paused during the coronavirus pandemic, will be examined later today (13 July).
Health Minister David Ashford will appear before a Tynwald committee from 4pm this afternoon to discuss the issue, along with several senior officers from his department.
The session, which is open to the public, will also focus on mental health services, and will be overseen by committee chair Julie Edge MHK.
It will take place in the Legislative Council chamber, but is also available to listen to online via the Tynwald website.
In May, the Department of Health and Social Care published a 'Back to Health' report, which set out three stages for phased return of certain services.
