30-year-old bailed until next court appearance
A Colby man has been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery after being accused of raping another man.
Thirty-year-old Stuart James Lee Gawne, of Cronk-y-Dhooney, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
At an earlier hearing he'd denied committing the offence at a flat on North Quay in Douglas on 5 July last year.
Bail was granted until his next appearance on a date to be fixed.
