Two qualities ideal for members of the Legislative Council according to candidates, retired banker Kevin Cartledge and Chief Executive at Manx Cancer Help, Andrea Chambers.
Both were speaking on Mandate this morning (Wed) ahead of next Monday's (12th) election where fifteen candidates are vying for the five available seats on LegCo.
