Rotting crab shells left in charity's Fisher's Hill bin
Beach Buddies is appealing for businesses to stop using their bins for commercial waste after volunteers found rotting crab shells in the south of the Island.
A group from the beach cleaning charity discovered a large quantity of shellfish waste at Fisher's Hill yesterday - and it's not the first time it's happened.
Shellfish has also recently been left in Beach Buddies' bins at Scarlett, while building materials have been dumped in the organisation's receptacles too.
