CoMin members not 'nodding dogs'

DEFA minister insists decisions are debated and made collectively with the chief

The Council of Ministers are not 'nodding dogs' to the chief, according to the woman in charge of DEFA.

It's after former health minister Lawrie Hooper accused them of trying to privatise healthcare on the Island - something that's been denied by Alfred Cannan.

Mr Hooper is the third person to leave their CoMin role in the last 18 months.

But Clare Barber doesn't think it undermines public perception of government:
