Five counts of making false representations
A woman from Colby will appear in court again later this year charged with benefits fraud.
Deborah Dalgarno of Ballacriy Park was excused appearing when her case was heard by magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
She is charged with five counts of making false representations to obtain benefits, and two of failing to inform the Treasury about a change in her circumstances.
She was bailed to appear again on 3 December.
