Many people suffering undiagnosed
A charity on the Island is looking for more volunteers to help potentially hundreds of locals living with coeliac.
The disease is a condition where eating gluten leads to damage of the small intestine.
Paul Cannell is from Coeliac UK Isle of Man Voluntary Support Group.
He says it's estimated 1 in 100 people are affected by coeliac worldwide but only about 30-percent of people are properly diagnosed:
