Amber warning in force from 12-4pm
There's an amber warning for coastal overtopping this afternoon.
Adverse conditions are expected on some promenades from 12-4pm.
The met office says strong to near-gale force winds will coincide with high tide at 2:12pm.
Shore Road (Rushen) and promenades in Douglas, Castletown, Laxey and Ramsey are all covered by the warning.
