Work to install road studs continues
The closure of a section of the A2 Ramsey to Onchan Coast Road has been re-located today (28 February) as work continues to install road studs along the route.
Work is now taking place 'between the Hibernia and Dhoon Glen in Maughold'.
The stretch is closed to all through traffic, apart from school bus services, until 3pm.
Drivers looking to travel between Ramsey and Laxey/Onchan/Douglas are being diverted via the A18 Mountain Road.
But the DOI has confirmed that access to all properties within the closed section will be facilitated.
