Recommendations sought for local causes
To mark 100 years on the Isle of Man, Co-op has unveiled a £10,000 community give-away.
Until 27 September, people can suggest local causes and initiatives that the money will go towards.
Nominations can be made in-store when using a 'Make a Wish' card, or online, and chosen causes from across the Island stand a chance of receiving up to £2,500 each.
Area Manager Andrew Corrie explains:
So far this year, the Co-op has shared more than £32,000 between the Isle of Man Live at Home Scheme, QEII High School, Manx Wildlife Trust, Craig's Heartstrong Foundation, The Children's Centre, and the Manx Association for the Welfare of Children in Hospital.
