Radiologist errors flagged up
Clinics for women who need further breast checks, following apparent errors by a member of staff, will be held tomorrow (11 May).
The Department of Health and Social Care yesterday confirmed more than 1,200 assessments carried out by one radiologist had been looked at again by UK experts.
Concerns have been raised about 26 of those, with the women affected being informed and being given 'top priority' by the DHSC.
The radiologist had left Noble's Hospital before the matter came to light in September last year.
