Town to turn out
It's Civic Sunday in the capital.
Douglas Borough Council is holding its annual commemoration this morning, with a parade at 10.15am.
Starting at the Town Hall on Ridgeway Street, the procession will move up Prospect Hill, along Athol Street and towards St George's Church for a short service at 10.30am.
Douglas' new Mayor, Debbie Pitts, says all are welcome to take part.
Ridgeway Street will be closed to traffic between 9.50-10.30am.
