Number of businesses cancel staff events
Hospitality businesses on the Isle of Man are facing a 'very difficult' trading period following the emergence of a new variant of Covid-19.
That's the warning from the Chamber of Commerce which says Christmas party cancellations are adding to what has already been a difficult 2021.
Manx Radio understands a number of companies have called off their festive events in light of the threat of Omicron.
