Wildflower competition encourages kids to get gardening
The Island's young people have the chance to get involved with a new hobby during their time off school.
Ramsey Town Commissioners are encouraging pupils to grab their gardening gloves and enter the Children's Wildflower Competition 2020.
There are three classes available including the best display for bees, birds and the best decorated pot or window box.
Once entered, participants will receive an application pack filled with seeds, instructions and colouring pages to help them along the way.
The event is still due to take place in July this year, as part of the annual Ramsey in Bloom - however organisers are closely monitoring the Covid-19 situation.
You can contact 810100 or email enquiries@rtc.gov.im to enter or find out more.
