Hoping to protect and promote the rights of children, it's been received by Tynwald
Creating a 'Child First Policy' is a good step, as long as government actually acts upon it.

The policy, which has been received by parliament, is designed to protect and promote the rights of all children, including the Island’s most vulnerable children, those in care, and those with complex needs or disabilities.
